Marie Young
I am a life coach who works with clients to help them achieve their objectives by first connecting with their bodies and souls.
Our lives are largely made up of us living out our habits. Often, many people never consider happiness to be a choice. Something that can even be made into a habit.
I empower clients with grounding techniques and coaching tools so they can live their lives with purpose, passion, and focus.
They only believe happiness happens to them externally – and they end up missing out on so much happiness they could experience.
